I have no complaints with my apartment and like that the garbage, laundry, and workout area are all on site. There is a haircut business attached to the building also.I Haven’t seen any bugs and the neighbors are all quiet. Can’t beat the views of downtown!

Corey management does an extra job with communication, getting things prepared for renting and making sure you are aware of all the ins and outs of having your property managed.

I had a 'problem' property that both the tenants and the property management company didn't make any better. I desperately needed a change. I met up with Alex, by colleague suggestion, and he didn't hesitate. He knew what he was getting into and took the job anyway. The amount of prep work that he did before even taking over the property was incredible. We had 3 units that were in shambles and he had his crew get in there and make the necessary fixes/updates and had 2 of the 3 rented out within the first 2 weeks of him managing the property!! He was well before budgeted time and money! What's also amazing is his communication efforts. Huge fan of Alex and staff!

I moved to Omaha Nebraska in 2020 of November. After 11 days of my application I was given a call while I was staying in my hotel room near the airport. I was at 554 south 26th st before they sold the building I was also there another additional 3 months. I had no issues with the management they came immediately when my window blew out in a snow storm before heading to my job with Airlite Plastics in Omaha. I am looking to relocate back to one of these properties. I'm hoping someone call me soon.

They were wonderful to those of us who rented from them...sadly sold my building and it hasn't been a good experience with new management

Always quick to jump on things and fix them if there's a problem. And when they do it they do it right. Polite people never make us feel bad when we need to ask them to fix something or to solve a problem. No matter how big or small.
