Our Journey
Kouri Management is a professional property management company based in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Kouri Management started with Matthew Kouri in 1986. Matt began purchasing rental properties while working his day job for Iowa Power (now MidAmerican Energy). Alongside his wife and co-founder Kim Kouri, they eventually transitioned into full-time management of their properties. They formally registered and established Kouri Management Corporation in 1996. Matt was a hands-on owner and property manager, he found a niche in maintaining and operating older structures in Council Bluffs and Omaha.
Today Kouri Management is a licensed brokerage firm in Iowa and Nebraska led by Alex, Andy, and Augie Kouri, specializing in full service property management.
